Frank, one of the problems I've had recently with ADR's or GDR's in the markets I'm interested in is that they often sell at premiums to the stocks on the local exchanges. In fact, there's been arbitrage in Indonesia lately, with people buying the stock on the Jakarta Stock Exchange and selling the ADR's short.

I'm sure this works the other way around too. There must be some ADR's and GDR's selling at discounts.
