Opposed. Free speech can be really ugly sometimes.

A suspension may be in order... I haven't looked at TOS lately. An offer to return his money, perhaps, if SI wants him gone.

But promoting revisionist history and having really asinine opinions would exclude an awful lot of SI members.

No reason to ban him and remove his posts, anymore than I would wipe the history books clear of all references to Nazis, and destroy any reminders of them.
