yes marcos the dtc is frozen, this can be confirmed by everyones broker as well as the share imbalance. this is not like all the hyped short squeezes we have seen but never come to pass. key is it must be a real company with real products not just a stock symbol with a share imbalance. the dtc will become unfrozen after aznt mgmt forces shorts to cover without simply passing restricted shares from mm to mm to balance books for one day. the fourth phase of aznt's plan is to announce a 5% share dividend along with new cusip# and ticker symbol anti i believe, they purposely choose one of only transfer agents who do these share conversions electronically as opposed to manually, this was done to insure a speedy share exchange. i will post pr which references frozen dtc and when it will become unfrozen cav
