Here is Manning's website. Looks drab and unassuming.

COMPANY INFORMATION - Who We Are Rare stamps and stamp collection auctions are the Company's core business. A s a leading philatelic auction house, the company provides a full range of services necessary to facilitate the sale and purchase of stamp collections, dealer stocks, accumulations, sets and single rare stamps. We believe that we are one on the world learders in specialized auctions of stamp collections. Greg Manning started collecting stamps at the age of 7 and was making a profit in mail-order stamps by the time he was 15. In 1966, at the age of 20, he held his first public auction. Greg Manning Auctions has since branched out into the sports card and collectible industry with a retail and auction division. Shortly after introducing Greg Manning Sports, the entire company became a publicly traded stock on the Nasdaq exchange (GMAI). Company headquarters are located in West Caldwell, New Jersey with offices in Glen Burnie, Maryland.
And here is Teletrade website. It has in my opinion a much cleaner interesting front page. Looks like a good buy for Greg Manning and the marriage of the two types of collectors is a natural. If they do expand into other arenas of trading this could be a huge stock. Even staying with collectibles they could still move quickly and the price with it.

It looks like with the small float that any profit taking by the daytraders could allow an entry into the stock and a double or triple could be a given.
By the way, did you notice the misspelling in the Greg Manning section? I would bet that his website was built inhouse. With his acquisition I hope he also retains the services of the Webmaster of Teletrade.
Good luck.
