One concern I have is the dilution and the price that the cie is about to pay for Pageant. Pageant was "valued" at about 30 Millions $ by BEAR AVTL is about to pay 30 millions shares so this is about 30 000 000 x 5 $ = 150 000 000 $ The market value of the cie was 1 400 000$ less than 4 months ago. (3 500 000 shares at 0.40$) What do you think ?? JO
