Fearn, President of Consolidated Trilogy Ventures Ltd., is pleased to announce that the Company is expanding its scope of operations into Argentina. To date, Trilogy has restricted its exploration ventures to Chile. However, with the current favourable regulatory environment in Argentina for the mining industry and the availability of potential mining properties in Argentina, the company has decided to expand Trilogy's operations to include Chile and Argentina. In the Rioja province of Argentina adjacent to the border with Chile, the company has staked and registered 100 square kilometers of land identified from satellite photographic analysis as hosting a large hydrothermal alteration zone. The zone lies along a NW - SE trending fault system which, on the Chilean side of the frontier, hosts some of the more advanced gold prospects in Chile (Piscis, Quebranca Seca and Marisela). The company proposes to conduct a grass roots exploration program of surface mapping, grab sampling, and geochemical sampling for the summer exploration season.
