company and its ability to joint venture with View Systems in future Internet projects."

MediaComm Broadcasting will offer Internet commerce, the delivery of web content and quality dial-up access. Shopbiz.com, MediaComm Broadcasting's e-commerce arm, is currently in development by a number of business partners. ShopBiz.com will be dedicated to giving businesses realistic e-commerce capabilities. ShopBiz.com is building
a Website that gives businesses free web pages to show products and sell them to the growing population of online buyers.

By becoming an Internet service provider, MediaComm Broadcasting will deliver high-quality Internet access, value-added local content, and provide a fresh new portal to the Web through denver.theexecutive.com.
