Two scenarios which would be ideal for a VERI investor/potential investor: 1. The stock rebounds to 2.25 on its own. 2. VERI initiates a gross negligence suit against NASDAQ and wins. Then, we would be sitting on a stock previously valued at 2.25 with a new infusion of cash. I don't know VERI's position on such a lawsuit, but have a call in to the company and will report back. This clearly is a case that, with due diligence, could/would have avoided a loss of market capitalization for VERI if NASDAQ would have taken steps on a more timely basis to avoid this fiasco. I'm comfortable in my investment here.
