PS - Barry Maguire is an alias I have used for quite some time on the internet, and the mail account I used to join SI. Barry Maguire is Barry Ellsworth - the CEO of Downstream. I just wanted to make sure that no one misunderstood who I am or began thinking that I wasn't disclosing something for some reason. I started the thread to let people know about what we are doing. Of course I am baised, but I think anyone that bought stock at these prices with the intention of holding for the long term would be happy with their investment in the end. It is our intention to build a very substantial, profitable company - beginning with the acquisition of Netbilling.
