When he TOOKOVER the company the stock was under a dollar and he then sold out at 12.then the stock went to 30 and the new owners in the two years that they were there proceeded to run it into the ground so please get your facts straight and the thread is to early for me to list the other facts I have gathered doing more dd so far so good.
