Further to the company's previous news releases, the company wishes to report
further on the WSI group of companies that it is acquiring. WSI Management
Group Inc., was created to be the holding company for three complementary
companies, Western Shores Direct Marketing Group Inc., Medianet Solutions
Inc. and Targetpacks Enterprises Corp.
Western Shores Direct Marketing Group Inc., is a full-service direct and database
marketing company with traditional and new media capabilities. A leader in
one-on-one marketing techniques, Western Shores has built its reputation on
delivering highly successful integrated marketing programs. Revenues generated
come from both Internet and traditional programs.
Medianet Solutions Inc. is an Internet development, e-commerce, Internet
marketing and Web-hosting company. With leading-edge technical facilities and
expertise, Medianet builds Internet business and Web sites focused on maximizing
return on investment.
Targetpacks Enterprises Corp. owns and operates Internet business and a
network of industry specific programs including auto packs, home packs, gift
packs and sample packs. Other properties include stocksecrets.com,
yourwinestor.com and other Internet business.
Approximately 50 per cent of WSI Management Group's consolidated revenue is
generated through Internet projects. Management's business plan in the next year
contemplates doubling revenues to in excess of $6-million and building
approximately 30 proprietary Web sites.
