Deerbrook Publishing Group Receives Equity Investment from Titan Capital Partners, LLC

PHOENIX, May 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Deerbrook Publishing Group, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: DBPG - news) announces today Titan Capital Partners, LLC has acquired a significant equity position in Deerbrook Publishing Group, Inc. The funds from this transaction will be used to add machines that are required for the increased demand of Deerbrook Publishing Group's services. A partial use of the funds from the transaction will also be used to support Deerbrook Online, the Internet marketing division of Deerbrook Publishing Group that will be launching the online art retail, wholesale, and art auction site later this summer.

Titan Capital Partners, LLC is a Los Angeles based fund that allocates a percentage of the fund to small cap stocks. The fund also takes large equity positions in Bulletin Board listed companies and then finances the growth so they can be listed on the Nasdaq Market Systems. ''Deerbrook Publishing Group had the appeal of being a company that was simply undercapitalized. The company is turning down business because they are running at full capacity. We like to invest in these companies that can use capital and increase revenues immediately,'' says Steve Fischer managing partner at Titan.

Deerbrook Publishing Group announced on Tuesday that they will enter the online art retail, wholesale, and art auction business. Partial funds from this transaction will be used to support the marketing launch later this summer of the Internet site. ''If done correctly, the Internet Art Site could be a future spin-off from the company. Our group feels Deerbrook Online has the ability to quickly grab a market that is still untapped,'' said Steve Fischer. Recently Ebay agreed to acquire the auction house Butterfield & Butterfield for $260 million. This acquisition brought Ebay fine and decorative art and collectibles to its online operations.

Funds and companies that invest into growth companies include CMGI, Inc., Rare Medium Group. Companies that received investment capital from such funds include, Lycos, Priceline.com, to mention a few.

Deerbrook Publishing Group, Inc. is a publicly traded Colorado corporation under the ticker symbol OTCBB: DBPG. Deerbrook Publishing is the parent holding company of Signature Editions, Inc. an art publishing division, Cimarron Studio, Inc. a printing division and Deerbrook Online, an internet marketing division.
