The link to the United Steelworkers of America website is interesting, but, they lack objectivity with a vested interest in trashing OSM.

Found the article on "rearranges borrowing" interesting, that would certainly cause OSM management some worms.

I believe others (I have to do some DD) are bringing rail capacity on line.

I'll keep you informed
