BEWARE!!!BEWARE!!BECAREFULL!!!!! KEEP THE RADAR ON!!!!!!!!!!!! MNOC stock has a very real need to be carefully examined by any potential shareholder to avoid a possible disaster to their pocketbook. Even at this early stage of the company's life-cycle you should investigate. Sure some people may be fortunate enough to have had their stock forward SPLIT 9 FOR 1 and I am happy for them but I already feel sorry for the unsuspecting general investing public. JAMES N RODGERS AND EDWIN AUSTIN HAVE BEEN SEEN BEFORE!!!!! They were both intimately involved in CYSS now CYSSe. Rodgers was president!!! Now he is president of MNOC and they are both directors. Go to Raging Bull and read about their EX AND NOT SO HAPPY SHAREHOLDERS. You can even visit the CYSS thread here on SI.. Read CYSSe news releases about how they intend to take legal action against the previous management regarding missing funds( RODGERS ( the president )AND AUSTIN RESIGNED prior to this announcement!!!) Read the EDGAR filings. Investigate the backgrounds of the their last partners ( three men with the last name Papalia ) in CYSSe some of whom have been charged in the past but found innocent in a major swindle that spanned many jurisdictions involving some gold mine. All of this will be come to light for you in future posts. Phone the company and ask them about management's track record. Do thorough research before you buy. Why take the risk?? Who are these people that you trust with YOUR MONEY?? Ask yourself why they felt compelled to do business with and associate themselves with the people they did. Why will this company be treated any differently?? This is a VANCOUVER CANADA DEAL. Even the domain name is registered in Vancouver. The domain name was only registered a few months ago. How old is this new acquisition?? Does it have any history at all?? Check it out!! Are the PAPALIA's involved?? They live in Vancouver. Phone and ask!!!
