Their option screw up could have a silver lining in that the artists they need for revenue have a vested interest in the company.

I just need to find out if they are the pioneer in partnering with artists in design/maintenance of the artists' websites where one can download the artists' music. THIS IS CLEARLY THE FUTURE OF THE RECORDING INDUSTRY.
I mean with a DSL or Cable line, one can download and make your own album in a few minutes.

I requested their prospectus from their website.
