rkrw,

Just listened to the presentation. Came away thinking these guys are like a 2nd generation Sepracor. The only negative I could think of was that they won't be generating profits for some time, as they are ramping up their internal capabilities so they can get molecules to the preclinical/animal model stage. But then they can partner those molecules for three times the royalties they get from their older collaborations that didn't go as far downstream. So we just gotta be patient and see that they continue to execute. Once the stock works through lock-up expiration blues (some insiders have been selling), the news flow should should propel it.

Impressive how they optimized the 2nd generation Synagis in a few months. And that their technology can be applied to screening, and optimizing for manufacturing, etc. Just neat stuff!

I like these folks (though Dr. Huse could stand to join Toastmasters, public speaking ability among CEOs with scientific backgrounds is kind of rare, so that's not an indictment of him).

For anyone lurking, the link in post #2 is apparently good indefinitely, and puts you on the AME website, which has most of the information you'll need. The presentation is a must listen. Talks about biz model, IP, burn rate and cash, a couple of case studies, and more. Q&A didn't add much, to my mind.

Glad I fianlly got my PC's audio fixed. I've been missing some great stuff. No longer.

Cheers, Tuck
