I had a friend in today whining about how after paying the
realestate agent she would lose money on her house. She has owned the house about 5 years. Said that their were at least 9 houses just in her neighborhood for sale. I called it two years ago when the city went behind everyones back and build TWO stadiums that the tax payers overwelmly
voted against. Secondly average house was hit with 40%
increase in taxes this year. 9 - 14 schools closing due to lack of money. Mayor made big deal about not raising taxes last year even though city is 1.8 billion in debt.
The Police, Fire and Paramedics got every thing they asked for when their contracts were renewed.
Let's see election next Tuesday, maybe tax increase
month later. Plus city lost 10% of the population over the last 10 years. What happens to a city when Liberal Democrates have absolute control of city Goverment
