ChickenMan--Do some historical research as to what happened with LightPath Technologies' (now trading as LPTH) LPTHW and LPTHZ warrants. Both traded upwards to the century mark--way above the price of the common shares at the time--near the time when they got converted into common shares. Some investors retired from this trading action.

Warrants can be very profitable, particularly if the company's technology gets hot--as was LightPath's back then. I originally bought into LightPath when the W warrants traded for $1.50; and the Z warrants for 7/8. The common shares then were trading around three bucks. Although I didn't hold my wrrants to the highs, I made lotsa-lotsa money from 'em.

So you mention .25 (VNCIW warrants) vs. .50 (VNCI common). Here's a comparative chart as to how they're trading. You'll note the warrants traditionally have held greater value:

The key with trading warrants is to stay on top of 'em. They require lots of attention.
