So Larry, what is your system all about?
(1)Look at Investors Business Daily's Top 100 list in Monday's newspaper.
Read it on Saturday.
(2)Scan with HalV to pick tradable stocks for the coming week.
(3)HalV says buy at the close.
(4)HalV says sell for 1% gain or out at the close the next day.
(5)That's it.
(6)The Top 100 has about 20 changes per week, so the stocks
that are traded change over time.
