LOS ANGELES, Jul 8, 2004 /PRNewswire-FirstCall via COMTEX/ -- Bluetorch Inc. (BTOR), announced today that its portfolio companies, Unboxed Distribution Inc. and Total Sports Distribution Inc., have appointed Charley Kellogg as their new independent sales representative for the New England territory. In this capacity, Mr. Kellogg will manage the sales efforts of Bluetorch(TM) apparel, TSABrand (True Skate Apparel(R)) and Airwalk(R) apparel.

Bruce MacGregor, President & CEO of Bluetorch Inc. stated, "This move comes as a continuing result of our top to bottom reassessment of the current sales organization and structure. To that end, we are glad to have Charley on board."

Mr. Kellogg currently represents Champion apparel. In addition to Champion, he has previously served as an independent sales representative for Avia and Ryka footwear.
