2003-12-09 06:01 (New York)

Business Editors
CHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 9, 2003
The voice-over-Internet protocol sector has captured the
market's attention, as well as Ian Wyatt's. Get in on the ground floor
of this growing space with one of this expert's most recent
recommendations. Learn about MIND CTI (NASDAQ:MNDO), 8x8

Here are the highlights from the Featured Expert column:

"VoIP - Coming to the Masses" from December 1st

The Voice over Internet Protocol, better known as VoIP, sector
garnered newfound interest as shares of 8x8 (NASDAQ:EGHT) soared over
100% in three trading sessions, and shares of VocalTec Communications
(NASDAQ:VOCL) showed similar gains over an equally short period of
time. This is a sector that Ian Wyatt and his team have been eyeing
for several weeks now, and he believes this addition to the Growth
Report Portfolio will provide investors with an opportunity to invest
in a profitable provider of services to the emerging VoIP sector.
MIND CTI (NASDAQ:MNDO) provides real-time mediation, rating,
billing, and customer care solutions for pre-paid and post-paid voice,
data, and content. MIND is currently the leader in this space and the
company commands the largest install base of VoIP billing solutions
worldwide. MIND provides solutions for both service providers and the
enterprise market. MIND's current customer list reads like a whose who
of global communications companies, and includes Verizon (NYSE:VZ)
among others, along with strategic business relationships with Cisco
Systems (NASDAQ:CSCO) and IBM (NYSE:IBM), among many others.
For the third quarter ended September 30, MIND reported revenues
of $3.36 million, an increase of 33% over the third quarter 2002 and
an increase of 8% over the preceding quarter. Net income increased to
$915,000 or 4 cents a share versus $182,000 or a penny a share in the
comparable quarter. Net cash from operating activities was $754,000.
Of the third quarter revenues, 83% was from customer care and billing
software, while 17% was from enterprise call management software.
Wyatt and his team believe at a very minimum, MIND should report
fourth quarter financial results in line with those of the third
quarter, and would represent a 30% increase in revenues over the
fourth quarter 2003.
