Global Environmental Energy Corp Confirms Mailing of Three Shareholder Stock Dividends on March 11, 2005

NASSAU, Bahamas, Mar 14, 2005 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Global Environmental Energy Corp. (OTCBB: GEECF)(DAX:GEC) today confirmed that the company has mailed its pending stock dividends to its shareholders on March 11th 2005.


Confirmation of three stock dividends that are being paid to Global Environmental Energy Corp shareholders consisting of shares in Global Environmental Energy Corp Sahara Petroleum Exploration Corp and Biosphere Development Corp.

These stock dividends were paid as follows:

1). Global Environmental Energy Corp, mailed 5 new shares of
common stock in Global Environmental Energy Corp for every 100
shares of Global Environmental Energy Corp which a shareholder
held as of record date 1/07/05. Increments of less than 100
shares were entitled to no dividend; by way of example, the
owner of 100 shares receives 5 shares of dividend, the owner
of 199 shares receives 5 shares of dividend.

2). Global Environmental Energy Corp's subsidiary Biosphere
Development Corp mailed 3 shares of common stock in Biosphere
Development Corp to shareholders of Global Environmental
Energy Corp for every 100 shares of Global Environmental
Energy Corp which a shareholder held as of record date
1/11/05.

Increments of less than 100 shares were entitled to no
dividend; by way of example, the owner of 100 shares
receives 3 shares of dividend, the owner of 199 shares
receives 3 shares of dividend.

3). Global Environmental Energy Corp's subsidiary Sahara Petroleum
Exploration Corp mailed 3 shares of common stock in Sahara
Petroleum Exploration Corp to shareholders of Global
Environmental Energy Corp for every 100 shares of Global
Environmental Energy Corp which a shareholder held as of
record date 1/11/05.

Increments of less than 100 shares were entitled to no
dividend; by way of example, the owner of 100 shares
receives 3 shares of dividend, the owner of 199 shares
receives 3 shares of dividend.

Shares in Biosphere Development Corp. and Sahara Petroleum Exploration Corp are not registered with the SEC and therefore are not freely tradable or transferable. Biosphere Development Corp. and Sahara Petroleum Exploration Corp are not 12-G reporting companies at this time. It is the intention of Global Environmental Energy Corp that both Biosphere Development Corp., and Sahara Petroleum Exploration Corp will become fully reporting and trading companies in the future if accepted by the SEC and the NASD for trading.
