(OTCBB:PFNH - News), a next-generation semiconductor designer focused on the burgeoning Gigabit Ethernet market, has announced the signing of yet another Supply Agreement with IT Global Solutions (ITGS) for its proprietary network accelerator solution, marking the patented technology's successful progress for real-world applications.

After signing up IT Global Solutions recently under its Elite Partner Program, Perfisans is very pleased that IT Global Solutions has taken the next step in entering into a "supply agreement" with Perfisans. This agreement could ultimately generate revenues reaching over $1 million during the next 12 months, through I.T. Global's strong sales channel in North America and India.
