To address your other issue stated in your opening salvo on Canadian Zinc, concerning earthquakes, exactly how do you think the mountain structures were formed? Is the area prone to earthquakes? It sounds like you are saying that the epicenter of all earth movement is located exactly at the Canadian Zinc mine site. There are over 200 operational mines located in the 4 adjoining provinces of Canadian Zinc’s mine site but THIS site is the ONLY site which will be susceptible to earthquakes. Two things miners fear is a cave in and earthquakes, but that is part and parcel of extracting minerals from any location. It has not stopped the development of mines around the world and unfortunately it is terrain like this that holds the material we all need to live better lives, all of the material used in producing your keyboard, computer and the ability to transmit your thoughts were extracted from mines similar to Canadian Zinc.
Now a little more history, Canadian Zinc has made repeated trips to the legal system in Canada as a result of environmental groups. EVERY SINGLE court ruling has been in their favor. As a matter of record the plaintiff’s were accessed 200,000.00 damages by the judge for legal fee’s spent by Canadian Zinc defending itself, this is almost unheard of. They recently won the road permit as well as the Type B water permit. You wonder why they have so much cash? I, as a stockholder am not thrilled with the continued issuing of shares and warrants to fund their legal battle for what is rightfully theirs, but when you have environmental groups willing to wage unsupported, unsubstantiated and dishonest rumors of all kinds the only defense a company has is to prepare for the battle in the only way they can which is to raise money. Your veiled insinuation of the corrupt legal system in Canada and the USA sound more like sour grapes than fact. I will not address the rumors that someone started in Ft. Simpson and the surrounding towns about the conditions at the mine site. I will direct you to the company website and advise you to watch the video’s of the site visit by the local indigenous people.
Candian Zinc continues to prove it has a World Class Deposit, and continues to demonstrate its ability to develop and run this mine, which is evident by all the successful court rulings, and at .83 cents per share it is a gift.
