BARTOW, FL--(MARKET WIRE)--Oct 6, 2008 -- American Commerce Solutions, Inc. (OTC BB:AACS.OB - News) will post a letter from Daniel L. Hefner, President and Chief Executive Officer on the company's website later today.

Hefner stated, "After a long period of reduced communication, we are now ready to begin a conscious effort to bring awareness to the opportunities presented by the undervaluation of our common stock. The first step is to let our existing shareholders know our plans. Many have questioned when and to what degree compensation will be received from our Strategic Partner, American Fiber Green Products, Inc. These and other questions are answered in the letter to be posted."

Hefner continued, "We see this as the beginning of a series of consequential announcements to be released over the next few weeks. These difficult economic times on the national scene will at the same time create opportunity for those that are prepared. We expect to take advantage of several opportunities which have been in negotiation for some time."
