I love the final scene in Our Mrs. Reynolds when Inara thinks Mal is on to her and is finally ready to be honest about her feelings for him.

And then he leans in and says, " I KNEW you let her kiss you!" and strolls out with his thumbs in his back pockets, all self-satisfied.

Classic.
