Questionable bookkeeping and accounting practice? Where did you get such idea? From the accusation from the law suit? I would rather think the lawsuit is the one which is questionable. I was told that OAK has a lot of cash in the bank. The law suit is looking after the money. They don't care about you nor your investment on the stocks. Please stop such unproven speculations. All I see is that the PC industry has a problem of double ordering and over inventory. This caused a tremendous slow down on new orders. Everyone is hit by this problem. Didn't the compay say they expect to return to profit in September? You could doubt about it but please stop making rumors especially if the source is from the accusations of the law suit. You know, in the United States you can be sued with accusations of any sort. You are the one who need to prove to the court that the accusations are incorrect. For example, Intel could sue xyz company for patent infringement. Intel just accuses and XYZ needs to prove to the court that it doesn't. The fact is that OAK stock price lost ground. They then accused it for all kinds of wrong doing. This kind of law suit happens every week if not everyday.
