I'm also impressed with the new team. They have successfully mastered
a turnaround. They also recognize that the key is now growth - "partnering" seems
to fit well with this strategy - as long as they do not overextend themselves - as the
previous team did with the "Cinetropolis" concept.

I cannot help but wonder whether the CFO is leaving because of the new focus - turnaround
financial people are often not good at growth.

Re. the earnings - because this is their year end, the earnings are audited by an outside
accounting firm - I'm told they will not be out until the end of August.

I also expect them to beat .06 per share for the 1/4 and 0.20 for the year (no guarantees).
If your predictions are correct and if the market behaves rationally, then the stock should move
