If You get it below 7 you'r ahead of me..u might have to hold it six months...but I feel real good about her going at least to 8.5 or "more" the "more" is a crap shoot..but if thoes recent findings are for real it'll be a "lot more" however the 8.5 in that time frame is like a shoe in. jim
