Caroline, I tend to agree with that statement. The christmas season is right down the road. Regardless of tech support etc, these guys sell ALOT of product. I feel very comfortable being in at these recent prices. I have read an incredible amount of negative posts on Diamonds drivers. I haven't really ever had any problems with any of their products. I currently am using a diamond 2100 series card, with the TV tuner card as well as the mpeg adapter. I also have a Diamond stealth 64 in my machine at work, never opened the manual on it. I once needed a card to work on some commercials that was backordered, I Talked to customer service at 7:00 PM central time on a Friday eve. To my suprise it Fed-ex woke me up at 9:00am Saturday morning with the card. I wish I could recieve that kind of service from Micropolis and other vendors that I deal with. My 2 cents......Good luck
