Nitin, not sure where u got your info from, but this is from their last press release. MTSN missed last quarter by 2c, expecting 25c and came in with 23c. Their book to bill is 0.9 and they cautioned that the next quarter is going to be "significantly below" prior expectations. I have not heard that MTSN is hiring people, I would suspect they will be laying off real soon. MTSN, lost the Micron account to another competitor due to poor service and support. Good management is always good...but they can only be effective if they have a good products to sell. I'm sure is Grove went to AMD, he couldn't turn them around! dave
