This is a cloud that has always hung over my investments with CRUS, however, Intels expansion into the motherboard business has not, did not, detrimentally effect the other motherboard suppliers. Historically (I've been in the tech world for 10 years) this has usually been the case with other like adventures (re: other companies).

Also, because of the dynamic nature of video, would such an integration really be wise for Intel (even though I know they would put the whole computer on their chip if they could). i.e., if you wanted to change your video card because of develepments (improvements) in technology, you would also have to change your CPU as well...not a strategicly sound plan in my book. I think (as in the motherboard affair) there will always be a market for CRUS. Of course, this is all just IMHO.
