I agree on you about the tech stocks. Sold USRX and Tadiran today. TJX made another strong move, closing near its high yet again. I keep waiting for a sell signal and am not getting it. TJX continues to impress. Even better this kind of movement is on no news. Inside information and institutions are driving this one, and still buying. This is a smart money move so far.
