You are absolutely right. This is classic "roller". I have bought and
sold it 3 times in the last year and a half. usually bottoms around
$2.25 and gets resistance at $4. I think you made a good purchase,
give it a couple weeks and it'll perform for you.

May also get boost from statements made about stiffer environmental
legislation. (See IBD,12/5/97)
