Nasdaq delists Princeton American Corp

WASHINGTON, Nov 18 (Reuter) - The Nasdaq Stock Market said on Monday that it has delisted shares of Princeton America Corp after the
company's chairman, Dale Eyman, was cited in a recent stock fraud case.

Eyman was charged with participating in a scheme to bribe a stockbroker to buy company shares in the open market, the Nasdaq said.

Nasdaq said Princeton America was the third Nasdaq company in the fraud case brought in the U.S. Federal District Court for the Southern District of
New York to be delisted from the market.

Nasdaq said a hearing panel recommended the delisting on November 14, after a hearing.
