I talked to my one source, and basically received no news.
I mis-read your previous post, and thought that there was yet another new CEO. But not so. Though my notes are poor, I believe it is still Chuck Byer, who was the person who replaced Kenneth Smith, after his short tenure.
The CEO is the only person working (probably not full time), and you are right that he has not given up. They are still in a state of non-operation, and it's clearly bleak. They do have assets, in particular, their holdings in Land Ray. However, Land Ray is also short of money, and in a somewhat limbo state. The 16-to-1 mine is struggling, since the price and demand of gold has dropped, and Land Ray is not currently working there right now.
PWSP stock still has some buyers occasionally. Could someone be taking it over - who knows?
