Lehman Cuts Closure Medical To Outperform From Buy

NEW YORK -- Lehman Brothers Inc. downgraded Closure Medical Corp. (CLSR) to outperform from buy.

In a research note, the firm said the downgrade was based on price, as the shares have appreciated recently. The stock hit a 52-week high of 38 3/4 on Thursday.

Closure Medical was recently trading at 35, down 1 1/2.
