Thanks Little Joe.I want to get my 2 cents in again and add that ABN AMRO Bank does have a huge presence in Asia and may have taken a big hit recently because of the severe devaluations in those neck of the woods. This may have nothing to do with them putting the screws to Atacama but could be a factor.I would like to point out also that the price of iodine now stands at U.S$20 per kilo(from U.S.$18 in October)and sodium sulphate is priced at U.S$140 to $160 per tonne from U.S$120 in October. This is significant when considering that other commodities are falling.Atacama may have been to confident in obtaining financing from one source and did not have any back up plan. This will be corrected and I am positive that Christmas 1998 will be a much happier time for Atacama shareholders but I doubt that we will have to wait that long for the stock to bounce back.
