David, Is it really an issue of "Whose side" or of responsibly addressing the over-exhuberance in the trading of its stock? All the press release said was that they couldn't explain the activity, and that it was not related to the recent acquisition. Hardly the stuff of shareholder suits. Did anyone claim the acquisition would add to earnings immediately? I don't think so. regards, Louis
