Hi Robert, I'm afraid I can't help much with your questions.

I seek out well-managed companies in high growth sectors and count on management to grow the company at an appropriate pace, so lack of promotion doesn't concern me. The market will catch on eventually.

As for forums, I shun highly active ones anyway so again it's not an issue for me.
