Presence, all I know is that PMGIF "acquired exclusive US rights from adult movie channel purveyor Spice Entertainment to create a programming guide and related Internet site." I noticed that www.cyberspice.com (registered as SPICE Entertainment, Inc) was just registered on March 31, 1999. It looks like something might be happening here as speculated on the PMGIF thread. checkdomain.com. Lets hope so, because the 10K they filed today says they had "0" cash as of Dec 31, 1998. However, the good thing is they must have had the cash to file the 10K because if they didn't have any money, they could NOT have been able to pay the high cost of the accounting firm to file the 10K in the first place. THAT might be telling us something. Remember, DDEQ was just a 10 cent shell a couple of months ago and look what's happened there. Keeping SEC filings current is a positive in my book. I've got 10,000 shares of PMGIF and holding while hoping for the best.
