The deal as I read it on the surface seems pretty good, gives the company what they want - and the mkt seems to like it - it provides 1.5 million and they buy back part of their company - so this in essence allows them the money and I guess management resolutions to go forward for next years projects - I know nothing about this company - this is just guess work - PHPI - I do own some stock though. Anybody want to elaborate?- or correct me <g>. go ahead.
