This can occur if you have set the message filter to
'Poster Name' and then switch to a different ticker.
When this is done the DDingo will default to the first
poster in the list, which most times is the ?poster?
(unknown). The first thing to do is to see if your
filter is set to the 'Show All' setting.

You really need to uninstall the previous DDingo before
you install any new versions. This will most likely cause
your system to have two DDingo's listed in your installed
task list.
If you have done this and then un-installed one, the other
will most likely not be able to be removed from your
systems task list. This is only a problem if you want
all traces of the DDingo removed from your system.) Which
I hope is not your goal). We do plan to have a better
version migration installation out soon. Hopefully by the
next release. Let me know what is happening, and if I
can help more.
