Jerry: Very rough estimate. There were in the neighborhood of 70-80 million shares outstanding before the reverse split. The reverse split is at a ratio of 1 for 75. So, there should be approximately 1 million shares of post split shares. The class action plaintiffs are also to be issued an equivalent amount of a Special Class A stock. That means another million, or so.

The company has been very tight lipped about future developments and profit potential.
