I don't think T-A will tell you schmidt about SPRL at this point in the game - it's mostly just MFMMMs throwing shuffle-shares at each other to avoid having to meet their Settlement Dates on naked shorts under both the existing and the new Reg. SHO requirements.

SPRL will all start to happen as soon as Sam gets back from Russia.

If you screw around much longer, ...I think you'll miss the boat. Although your 10K pittance will be worth about $10K by mid-Feb.
