Rick, I heard that some institutions went shopping Friday. Does that mean they bought IDEC? Your guess is as good as mine. I haven't heard any specific news with respect to IDEC to explain the $3.00 pop. Nothing at all. I've followed IDEC since it was about $5.00 and have seen it pop up like that a few times. If I remember correctly, in times past it has always been in response to some news. This time however, it doesn't look like it. So that's it, I have is this gentleman (albeit an expert) who says a lot of institutional buying went down. Maybe they bought some IDEC. (This guy has also been saying for weeks the Fed will not raise rates on the 24th. Knowing where he hangs his hat I'm tempted to believe him. We'll see.) Brad seems very knowledgable and I wonder, if he's out there tonight, if he might have heard something. Sorry I can't be more helpful on this one. BENNETT
