PERF rejects 6.05 offer for company. STock was halted at 2:30 p.m. until close. Company also said they are making a $40 million offer for shares of NovaQuest InfoSystems, a privately held company. The management of this company is great! They have a lot of confidence in their company and are trying to make this company into a leading internet company. NovaQuest is a reseller of micro-computer products and services and a developer of an Internet-enabled electronic commerce system. NovaQuest had $172 million in revenues in 1996 and is on track for $200 million in 1997. Should be interesting to see how this one acts tomorrow but I am going to buy more!!
