Mike,

SCNG has some exciting opportunities.
However, they are in a perfect position (to breakout or to scam)
. They have relatively
few number of shares and are in a business whose size and need
are far from being determined.

My only problem is that simultaneously with the receipt of new
capital in April/May of 96. Mike Mulshine et al filed to sell
approx. 40% 180000/440000 shares. (check edgar for exact numbers)

That is very curious behaviour. And it wasn't only Mike M.
There's over a whole list of filers.

My opionion this company may have some long term prospects but
as for the stock price I think it'll see 2.5 before it sees 5.

But what do I know. I've lost too much money to Hyped stocks
or maybe I;ve got sour grapes because I sold my SCNG at 2.75
I just hate to see people get "screwed" out of hard earned dollars
by a stock scam,, Again, I have no proof it's just a bad feeling I get
when I see directors who've filed to sell stock get on the boards
and try to hype the stock.

Yes, I know insiders kept most of their holings but you have to wonder
why file to sell when you're just getting in new financing.
Oh and that financing also seems to be a wierd. Maybe, it's just me
but if you still own this one you might want to look at EDGAR
arcives.
