*All major companies outside of China have licensed all forms of CDMA with each version .....bearing the same royalty rate Well that's news to me. I'd like to see the release from QUALCOMM that states that Siemens has licensed TD-SCDMA... I'm sure the Koreans don't agree that all have the same royalty rate. They ought to take QUALCOMM's discriminatory licensing practices to the WTO! And people wonder why CDMA could never be considered an open standard?!? JMHO. Rob GRUB!!!!
