Addendum:

Kaiser's strong bottom-fish buy recommendation April 28/98 did not produce any significant price rise. April 6/98 Northern Miner likewise failed to draw interest. The price fell from then on.

Prior to Sept.28/98 there was no technical indication to buy the stock. Only after this date did a favourable sequence develop. (My interpretation). What made the difference? The Sept. news release probably. Larger accumulation of land may have added some positive factors.

Not because the price seems to be rising now, it would be too easy, but look carefully, how does this price action differ from that of Feb./98 when a large volume surge occurred.

Management already owns 31%, and possibly did not participate in any further purchases recently. So why may this price rise be the real thing? General comments will suffice realizing that some investors have spent a lot of time developing various investment systems and do not wish to give away facts for free.
